Our Staff

EOROC Board of Directors, Executive Officers and Staff Facilitators work closely with our clients in restoring peace and hope back into their lives.

Director

The Director is given the authority by the president to lead, set the tone, give directions, screen presenters, keep the program running, organize assignments, and make sure each participant is carrying out the mission of the program.

Case Manager

The Case Manager works directly with the Director and is responsible for gathering and compiling data reports from the facilitators.

Administrator Coordinator

The Administrator Coordinator works directly with the Director and Case Manager. The Administrator oversees the entire program, staff and facilitators. He or she is responsible for organizing and distributing supplies, keeping track of staff and facilitators and assisting as a backup to the Director.

Assistant Administrator

The Assistant Administrator supervises and schedules time sheets for the staff and facilitators. He or she also assists the Administrator in taking care of office relative issues, correspondence, copying, incentives for the staff, facilitator and promotion.

Facilitator

The Facilitator is responsible for implementing the program within schools or other organizations.

Clinical Psychologist

The Clinical Psychologist provides clinical assessment, individual and family therapy and consultation to facilitators in crisis situations. He or she also reviews all case documentation from each client on a monthly basis, participates in scheduled case conferences when necessary and makes appropriate referrals in situations that are not covered within the program.
